QLD: Man killed in shooting on Gold Coast

A man's been shot dead at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.

Police say the shooting occurred about 6 am near the McDonald's Restaurant on the Gold
Coast highway .. between Christine Avenue and Fifth Avenue.

Another person's believed to be wounded.

Motorists are being warned of long delays as traffic's diverted around scene.
