TAS: Investigations continue into double fatality in fire
Tasmanian police say two charred bodies found in a smouldering shack in the state'ssouth have not yet been identified.
The bodies were discovered yesterday after police were called to a remote propertynear Campania, north-east of Hobart.
A local woman says the two occupants of the shingle hut were in their 40s and had livedin the area on and off for years.
The hut was in a heavily timbered area with no vehicle access.
A police spokesman says the fire that razed the shack may have started up to 12 hours earlier.
